Named after an 11th century medieval tower, St. Regulus Wines joins old world tradition with state-of-the-art methods. The wines of St. Regulus are carefully crafted by winemaker Dave Rule using our patent-pending, pump-under fermentors. He meticulously ferments his wines to be fruity, bold, full-bodied, and rich in tannins and color.

Rule began designing winery equipment in 1979.  His experience in wine fermenting and temperature control led to the founding of St. Regulus Wines and the innovations that he uses in crafting them. St. Rule Fermenting opened to the public in August 2008 in Weiser, Idaho.
